Dr. Marc Bohlen has been advising his clients in national and international contexts for many years. His area of practice includes copyright and intellectual property law as well as media, press and statements law. He assists his clients in matters of trade secret protection and data protection as well as IT law and also advises on employment law issues. Due to his expertise, he participated in the legislative design of the Network Enforcement Act (NetzDG) and advised the German Bundestag in this context.
Dr. Marc Bohlen has many years of experience as a lawyer and has worked for internationally operating law firms in Hamburg and Munich in recent years. In 2021, he moved to tqf legal in Berlin. Born in Hamburg, he passed both state examinations in Bavaria. He wrote his doctoral thesis in Munich. In addition, he obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree with a focus on intellectual property law in Stellenbosch (South Africa).
